METAL STAMPING
•50 Presses ranging from 25 to 500 tons
•We have experience working with materials like aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, coated materials, spring steel and other exotic materials.
•Our thickness range is from .002” to .375” thick materials.

DEEP DRAW
•With each stroke of the stamping press, flat coil stock is advanced incrementally. The material is manipulated using progressive tooling to precisely minimize material thinning or fracturing until the resulting shape meets your specification.. Our expert engineers have developed deep draw dies with a draw depth of up to 6”.

ENGINEERING
•DFM or design and redesign for manufacturability
•Complete Engineering Department with Solidworks and Cadkey software

TOOL AND DIE MAKING
•Water Jet and EDM capabilities
