Casting Capabilities:

• Low-volume, no bake sand castings in brass, bronze and aluminum alloys
• From 1 piece to 1,000s
• Aluminum pour weights up to 1,000 lbs
• Bronze and brass pour weights up to 2,400 lbs
• Stainless steel and iron pour weights upon request
• Certification of compliance including PPAP, chemical and physical analysis, x-ray and dye penetrant standards

Machining Capabilities:

• CNC milling and machining up to 120” x 63”
• Sinker EDM machining up to 35” x 19”
• In-house reverse engineering capabilities
• Design and modeling of pattern tooling and fixturing
